Diversity Statement
​WOJB Radio Diversity Statement 05/10/2023
WOJB Radio is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our work. We believe that a diverse workforce is essential to our mission of providing high-quality programming that reflects the needs and interests of our community.
WOJB airs a variety of programming that speaks to the experiences of people from all walks of life. We are also committed to covering not only local news and current events, but from a variety of perspectives and places to ensure our listeners are aware of all that is happening around them.
WOJB has recently (08/07/2021) hired a Native American General Manger, full-time staff at the station is currently 3 people, with a Native American female doing clerical work, her partner is in training with our current engineer. WOJB's accounting work is performed by a third party entity that is 100% Native American staffed with 4 females and 1 male staff.
WOJB Board of Directors is currently composed of 2 males, 3 females of which 4 are Native American. Tribal Governing Board is 100% Native American, 4 male, 3 female.
WOJB also relies on a large pool of volunteers, this group is composed of an eclectic array of individuals that each contribute something unique to the station. The diversity of WOJB's employees and volunteers, when combined, create an experience for the listener that is truly special.

Donor Privacy Statement
In accordance with federal and state laws regarding donor privacy and data security, WOJB does not disclose donor information to third parties nor third parties nor rent donor information to, or exchange such information with political organizations and/or candidates.

Meeting Notice Policy
WOJB Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on the 4th Friday of the month. Time and location is flexible. 
The Community Advisory Board (CAB) meetings are held bi-annually at the station and via Zoom. Announcements of the meeting are posted throughout the community and announced on WOJB.
